Description

This competency-based clinical experience connects didactic and laboratory practice to the real-life medical imaging/healthcare atmosphere. Student participation at a variety of clinical sites focuses on cognitive, affective, and psychomotor skills in areas such as patient assessment and care, and observing/performing medical imaging procedures as presented in the Radiographic Procedures and Pathology courses. Students are under the supervision of a qualified technologist at all times.
